Vanilla Protein Power Bites

I am always on the lookout for quick and easy snacks to enjoy pre or post workout, and these vanilla protein power bites are absolutely perfect. Packed with protein and fiber, they are healthy, no bake, and only require 6 ingredients!

You will need:

1/2 cup of all natural peanut or almond butter

1/2 cup of ground flax seed

1/2 semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup of rolled or old fashioned oats

1 tablespoon of all natural honey

1 tablespoon of Women’s Best Vanilla Protein Powder (or any protein powder)

2 tablespoons of water

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, being sure to eliminate any clumps of protein powder. Add water last, 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is nice and moist.

I rolled mine into balls right after, but you can also put the bowl into the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to help make them easier to roll.

Roll into balls and store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week! This recipe makes roughly 8 protein bites.
